HQ - Ebola
How has the history of Africa contributed to the rapid spread of Ebola, and why is Ebola a concern to the global society?
1. The question is very vast and open, would you plan on discussing the whole history of Africa, or just recent parts. Also, will you be discussing the history of ebola? 2. The grammar is okay as far as I can tell. 3. Consider rephrasing slightly to say clearly what you are trying to write about, recent history or history dating back thousands of years ago.
Are you going to write about the history of all of africa, or just the parts affected by the recent outbreak? This question leaves plenty of room to expand points, don't just say a fact, expand on it.

I think "history" is too broad here. Either select a specific time period or refocus your question to consider political, social or economic issues that contribute to the crisis. Also, be sure to identify a specific theme from the course in your research.
